Returns

- Normal wear and tear
- Orders delayed due to shipping timelines stated on our website
Refunds

- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected (if return is required).
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Clear photos or videos of the issue
Failure to provide evidence may result in denial of the refund or replacement request.
Missing or Delayed Orders
- Orders that are still within the stated delivery timeframe (8–12 business days) are not eligible for refunds.
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.
- Refunds or replacements for lost orders will be issued at our discretion after verification.
Chargebacks & Disputes
